GENERAL POLICIES
• VDC and its employees are not liable for any injuries or loss of property sustained while students are in class or on the premises.
• VDC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance. Instructors are subject to change.
• No credits or refunds will be issued in this case. Students more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to take class.
• Payments may be made in cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa or personal check. A form of identification may be requested with certain methods of payment.
• $30 fee will be charged for returned checks. Checks must have current phone number and address.
• Food, drink (except water) and street shoes are not permitted in the studios at any time.
• Visceral Studio reserves the right to remove a student from class due to disruptive behavior.

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES
Classes are open to ages 13 and up. Students should wear clothing that is comfortable, does not restrict movement and does not inhibit the instructor from ensuring proper technique. Appropriate shoes are required within each discipline. Payment is due prior to the beginning of each class. No refunds are offered for classes taken. Class cards expire 3 months from date of purchase. No refunds, credits or extensions will be given. Class cards cannot be shared or transferred.

YOUTH PROGRAM POLICIES
DRESS CODE
Creative Movement – Girls – Any color leotard, tights, or comfortable clothing and ballet shoes. Hair neatly pulled back and kept away from the face. No jewelry or watches may be worn during class.
Creative Movement – Boys – Comfortable clothing and black or white ballet shoes.
Hip Hop – Girls and Boys – Loose clothing that does not restrict movement (no jeans) and clean sneakers
