Conveniently located on the corner of Elston, Western and Diversey, Visceral Dance Center
is easily reached via public transportation or by car. On street parking is available. The facility has three large studio spaces ranging between 40 feet by 60 feet to 26 feet by 50 feet. All studios have marley floors and are equipped with quality speaker systems. Dressing rooms, a reception area and waiting room complete this 10,000 square foot space.
Studio Space
Rental Rates
The rental rate ranges from $45 to $70 per hour during regular studio hours. Non-profit organizations are eligible for a discount off of standard rental rates with valid proof of status.
All studios have:
• 8' mirrors along one main wall
• Suspended wood floors covered with Harlequin Studio B Flooring
• State-of-the-art sound equipment to accommodate CD and IPod.
• Permanent and portable barres
• Individual temperature controls
• Studios 1 and 2 are equipped with pianos.
Please Note: A 50% deposit is required for rentals for confirmation of space.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.
