ARTIST BIO
Brandon Talbott (Manassas, VA), decided to attend his first dance class at age 9 and started competing right away. Participating in multiple Youth America Grand Prix's, New York City Dance Alliance conventions, as well as multiple competitions throughout the Star Dance Alliance circuit, he won many overall awards and scholarships varying from solos to groups in these competitions. Within his competitive dance years, he was fortunate enough to be featured on multiple episodes of Season 3 of Dance Moms, as well as Season 1 of World of Dance. After finishing his senior year of high school at Studio Bleu Dance Center in 2017, he decided to attend University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) to become more educated in the world of concert dance and improve his technical capabilities with a major in Contemporary dance. Even though he had a concentration in contemporary dance, he takes great interest in ballet/contemporary ballet works as well. During his time at UNCSA, he participated in the hit TV show So You Think You Can Dance and made it into the Top 10 guys on Season 16. A recent 2021 graduate, he is excited to pursue his dance career further with both dancing within a company and teaching and can't wait to share all he has learned!
