MAYA

Maya discovered her love of dance at age 4 and has been dancing ever since. She is well trained in various styles such as ballet, contemporary, and jazz. Through Maya’s years of competitive dance, she has been the recipient of multiple awards, scholarships, and apprenticeship invitations. Now in her senior year of high school at Evanston Township High School, and second year of studio company, her love for dance has remained constant.

 

Maya hopes to continue her passion, by pursuing a dance minor at the university she ends up at. Maya is extremely grateful to continue her dance education at Visceral under the brilliant artistic direction of Nick Pupillo, and is looking forward to growing her contemporary and ballet training through her final year at Visceral.
