Starting her journey into dance, Anora Novak has been dancing since she was the age of 1 1/2 at Chicago Ballet Arts, with her teacher Miss Melanie. As she got to the age of 4, she moved to Old Town School of Folk Music where she took ballet and tap with her instructor Ms Nancy. Anora quickly discovered her passion for contemporary when she switched to Visceral. She started with classes and then immediately wanted to compete on the Visceral Youth Ensemble team. She began training with Kaytee Cox, Amy Probasco, Sarah Glover, Kelly Crain, and Jessie Novak around the age of 6, studying the arts of ballet, jazz, and contemporary,  Now, at the age of 14, Anora loves to dance to inspire herself in a way she didn’t think was possible. As she joins her second year on VSC, she is so excited to keep exploring her boundaries and she hopes to continue to inspire herself and many others everyday.
