Kristi Noonan is a marketing and business leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic planning, brand development, team leadership, and operational excellence.
After spending over a decade leading global and national brands at FCB Chicago, she launched Transformationist, a consulting practice that helps purpose-driven businesses and nonprofits translate ambitious goals into meaningful action. She is passionate about the intersection of strategy, creativity, and human connection, and thrives on building strong relationships with clients, partners, and teams.
A dancer at heart, active community volunteer, and mom of two Visceral dancers, Kristi brings curiosity, energy, and heart to everything she does.

Geetika Chandran is a creative with a passion for the arts and has worked within Chicago’s multifaceted arts, education, & nonprofit landscape for over 15 years. Coupled with 10 years of Organizational Development experience she blends strategic communications, donor engagement, and mentorship-driven succession planning to build sustainable ecosystems where artists and organizations thrive.
Through collaborations with Lakeview Public Arts, Chicago Indian Arts, Francis W. Parker, LIFT USA, British International School, Raising Artists, and numerous arts and nonprofit organizations, Geetika has led artistic and community-focused initiatives that transform programs into platforms for connection and impact. Through her inclusive design and collaborative work, she has cultivated enduring support, elevated diverse narratives, and empowered emerging leaders to carry forward community arts initiatives with authenticity and imagination, that is both foundationally rooted and future-facing.
She brings a strategic yet deeply human approach to building engagement—one that recognizes that sustainable growth happens when people see themselves reflected in the story, the mission, and the future of an organization.
