AUDITIONS

 

Visceral Dance is in search of versatile and diverse applicants of all genders who possess a strong, ballet and contemporary background to fill positions immediately, as well as for the 2023-24 Season.

Submit below to be considered for company and apprentice positions along with admittance to the Visceral Trainee Program. 

IMMEDIATE HIRE CONTRACT

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be currently eligible to work in the United States of America

Applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 to apply

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Competitive salary based on professional experience.

33 Contracted weeks August - June with Winter Break

Contract includes extensive performance opportunities, sponsored gym membership, and weekly physical therapy treatments.

Position unpaid aside from performances.

Contract includes training and rehearsing alongside company dancers, performance opportunities, sponsored gym membership, and weekly physical therapy treatments.

TRAINEE DESCRIPTION

Tuition-based program designed for selected dancers with distinct ability and individuality. 

Program includes collaboration, process, mentorship, guest speakers and performance of new creations by leading local, national and international choreographers. Trainees will further their professional development through a rigorous class and rehearsal schedule. Train with notable faculty, including former and current Visceral company members and work directly with the company.
