GENERAL POLICIES
VDC and its employees are not liable for any injuries or loss of property sustained while students are in class or on the premises.
VDC reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance. Instructors are subject to change.
Students more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to take class.
Payments may be made in cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa or personal check. A form of identification may be requested with certain methods of payment.

No refunds for classes, masterclass/workshops.
$30 fee will be charged for returned checks. Checks must have current phone number and address.
Food, drink (except water) and street shoes are not permitted in the studios at any time.
Visceral Studio reserves the right to remove a student from class due to disruptive behavior.

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES
Classes are open to ages 13 and up.
​
Students should wear clothing that is comfortable, does not restrict movement and does not inhibit the instructor from ensuring proper technique.
​
Appropriate shoes are required within each discipline.
​
Payment is due prior to the beginning of each class.
​
No refunds for classes, masterclass/workshops.
Class cards expire 3 months from date of activation No refunds, credits or extensions will be given.

Class cards cannot be shared or transferred.
​
Students enrolled in the 8 week beginner sessions are eligible for one make up class per session.
YOUTH PROGRAM POLICIES
All students are placed according to age and previous training. During the first few weeks of classes, faculty may suggest a different level. Ages listed are recommended but not definitive.
Students should arrive to class on time. If a student arrives late, please check in with the office to receive access to class.
VDC administration and faculty appreciate advance notice of necessary absences. Students are expected to make up the class they missed at or below their level.
Please do not leave any children unattended in the studio.
No horseplay will be permitted in the lobby or the studio.
Registration fees and tuition are non-refunable.
