Devin’s journey in dance began at the age of four, when she first stepped into a studio and discovered a lifelong passion for movement and expression. Rooted in classical ballet and contemporary technique, her training has evolved through years of dedication, discipline, and artistry.

 

She began her studies at a local studio in Chicago, quickly earning placement in competitive companies and performing on national stages. Devin has trained under esteemed mentors including Carrie Patterson with the Trifecta Dance Collective Youth Ensemble, and Wade Schaaf, founder of the Chicago Repertory Ballet, through the company’s Youth Ensemble. Her summers have been spent refining her craft at elite intensives with Joffrey Ballet (Chicago), Milwaukee Ballet, Master Ballet Academy (Phoenix), and Complexions Contemporary Ballet (Los Angeles).

 

Devin’s performance experience spans coast to coast, with appearances at the Trifecta Dance Festival (Chicago), Youth America Grand Prix Finals (Tampa), and the Peridance Youth Showcase (New York City), among others. She has also served as an Ambassador for multiple national competitions and organizations, allowing her to connect with a vibrant community of dancers and choreographers while representing the values of excellence and collaboration.

 

Now in her fourth year with the Visceral Studio Company, Devin continues to grow under the direction of Nick Pupillo. She remains deeply grateful for the opportunity to challenge herself artistically and technically, and to contribute to a company that celebrates innovation and integrity in dance.
