MAEVE

Maeve, a Chicago native, has spent the last eight years living in New Mexico where she discovered her love for movement. She has been dancing for the last six years with Keshet Dance and Center for the Arts, where she also was a part of their pre-professional program for three years. Maeve’s dedication and curiosity have taken her to renowned studios, including the Joffrey Ballet’s 2024 summer intensive in Boulder, CO, and Alvin Ailey’s 2025 summer program in New York City. She has also had the privilege of studying in master classes with both American Ballet Theatre in Santa Fe and Ailey II Company in Albuquerque; experiences that deepened her artistry and inspired her vision for a professional dance career.

In addition to dance, Maeve studied circus arts for six years, an experience that broadened her physical vocabulary and performance perspective. She has also enjoyed playing soccer, which has fueled her sense of teamwork, discipline, and athleticism. Through her training and performances, Maeve has found a true passion for diversity in the arts, recognizing the power of dance as a space for inclusion and expression.

Maeve is thrilled to begin her first season with Visceral Studio Company and is excited to continue growing as an artist while pursuing her dream of becoming a professional.
