SCARLETT
Scarlett has been dancing since the moment she could walk, spinning and bouncing around wherever she went, earning her the nickname "Dancing Queen" from her grandma. She began ballet classes at the Chicago Park District at age three and explored various dance classes and studios across the city. At age eight, she attended a summer camp at Gus Giordano Dance School, where she enrolled in classes and soon after became a company member, performing in various styles, including jazz, ballet, hip hop, tap, and contemporary. During her freshman year, she participated in a teen workshop at Visceral Dance Chicago, which deepened her passion for contemporary dance.
This led her to switch studios, and by her sophomore year, she became an ensemble member at Visceral. Now a junior, Scarlett is honored to be part of the Visceral Studio Company and is excited to experience the choreography of Nick Pupillo.
