INTERNSHIPS
WORK STUDY
A work-study will be required to:

Be present at the front desk to greet and assist customers

Answer phone inquiries and direct new students toward potential classes
-
Check-in students and process payments through MindBody
-
Assist in maintaining a clean environment within the dance center
-
Assist at one Special Event or Performance
Supervisor: Sarah Morimoto, Studio Manager
Schedule:

8 hours per week, schedule to be mutually determined

Minimum of a 3-month commitment

YOUTH PROGRAM INTERNSHIP
Throughout the internship they will:
-
Assist in account and class management using Dance Studio-Pro
-
Enter and confirm competition registrations
-
Communication and follow-up with parents
-
Aid in the ordering and organization of Youth Program recital costumes
-
Assist at Youth Recitals (June 2023)
-
Assist in social media posting and creation of eblasts
Supervisor: Youth Program Director
Schedule:
Preferred availability is 3 days a week, 20-25 hours per week

MARKETING INTERNSHIP
Throughout the internship they will:

Develop marketing calendar to support company activities

Collaborate with marketing staff to update and maintain website

Assist in social media and creation of eblasts

Provide content for various marketing communications

Creation of regular newsletters to donors and audience members

Schedule:
Preferred availability is 3-4 days a week, 20-25 hours per week

Throughout the internship they will:

Research potential partners, donors, and sponsors

Assist in designing donor engagement and stewardship programs

Support the scheduling and coordination of donor meetings

Prepare presentations and materials for board meetings and development reports

Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and the Annual Gala
Supervisor: Irina Skarzynska Lapteva
Schedule: Preferred availability is 3-4 days a week, 15-20 hours per week. Schedule to be mutually determind.
